As Fairfield County’s most trusted home heating professionals, we know a thing or two about staying warm. Throughout our 95 years of service, we have steadily expanded our offerings to meet the growing needs of our customers.

What started off as a small oil delivery service has since evolved into a full-fledged HVAC company, offering equipment installations, repairs, maintenance services, and more. One of our most popular offerings is our heating equipment service plans, which help keep you warm all winter long.

We offer three service plans to our customers: Basic, Standard, and Premium. You can learn all about them below.

Basic Service Plan

$244 per year (plus tax). $75 discount on each additional unit.

The Basic Service Plan is the most economical of the three options. Everyone who signs up for this plan can count on:

• Around-the-clock service. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

• Big repair savings.

• Same-day emergency service.

• Energy savings from a tune-up.

• $75.00 travel and diagnostic fee for work performed during normal office hours.

• $125.00 travel and diagnostic fee for work performed on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Standard Service Plan

$289 per year (plus tax). $90 discount on each additional unit.

Our Standard Service Plan is our middle-of-the-road package. It includes everything from the Basic Service Plan, plus:

• Full parts and labor coverage for more than 20 furnace components (includes after-hours calls).

• 15% discount on all other repairs.

• Services performed during normal business hours are billed at prevailing rates.

• $75.00 travel and diagnostic fee for work performed on nights, weekends, and holidays.

Premium Service Plan

$399 per year (plus tax). $125 discount on each additional unit.

Our Premium Service Plan offers the best coverage around. It includes everything from the Basic and Standard Service Plans, in addition to:

• Full parts and labor coverage for more than 50 furnace components (includes after-hours calls).

• 15% discount on all other repairs.

• NO travel or diagnostic fees.
