If you plan now and schedule with Devine Bros a preventative maintenance service for all your AIR CONDITIONING, PROPANE and OIL HEATING equipment we will discount the charge by 15%. We are booking dates for the months of April, May, June, July, August and September. All services must be performed on the same visit.

OIL HEATING equipment includes:
A full clean, tune and efficiency test of your boiler, furnace and water heater. This will ensure you proper operation and high efficiency from your heating equipment.
Cost per unit: $249.00

PROPANE equipment includes:
A full safety check of your propane heating equipment, pool heating equipment and water heating equipment. This will ensure you proper  and safe operation from your propane system.
Cost per unit: $165.00

AIR CONDITIONING equipment includes:
A full 17 point air conditioning tune up. Devine Bros will check and tune the 17 points of your air conditioning needed to operate well in order for you to enjoy  proper operation for the summer months.
Cost per unit: $161.00
