- Clean and inspect condensate pump
- Clean or replace air filter
- Check blower belts and adjust or replace
- Check and lubricate blower wheel and bearings
- Lubricate and check all motors
- Cherk thermostat operation
- Check temperature drops across indoor coil
- Clean and check condenser
- Check and tighten electrical connections
- Check and clean compressor contactor
- Check condenser disconnect switch
- Check condenser fan blade and bearings
- Check controls and safety
- Test pressure cut-off switches
- Check refrigerant charge and operating pressures and temperature
- Test compressor operating voltage and amperage draw
