REFUND POLICY

Not all items are refundable. Some sales are final and there are no refunds, for example heating oil, propane, concrete and flagstone.

For customers that have a contract, the purchase of any product or service will take place under the conditions of that particular individual agreement.

Those items that are refundable will be refunded, i.e. credited back to the credit card used at the time of purchase, within approximately five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Customer must notify Devine Bros. within 30 days of purchase date, in order to qualify for that refund.

SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY

The shipping and handling, and delivery policy are dictated by the individual agreement between Devine Bros. and their customer.

All deliveries handled solely by Devine Bros. Please be assured that your items will typically ship out within 7 days of purchase.
